Shredded Asiago cheese
4 ounces seasonal vegetables

Spray the grill with cooking spray. Cover steak
with cracked peppercorns, grill to preferred temperature, once done. Be sure to make grill marks on each
side of steak.
Lightly cover steak with Asiago cheese,
